Okay, so let me get this straight. You have a dietary specialist spokesperson, but this isn’t him. This is someone you just decided looks more like the person you’re referencing than the actual person himself?
Let’s not forget that there is no spokespersoning going on here. There’s no quote from the spokesperson, nor the model portraying him.
So you have a spokesperson who didn’t say anything, and you put a picture of someone else on your product to represent him.
